بين مكوناتها العرقية ، ويحقق الديمقراطية وصيانة حقوق الانسان وحرياته ، أيضا لابد من الأعتراف في الدستور السوري العادل بوجود الشعب الكردي في سوريا كقومية رئيسية لجانب العربية ، وحل القضية الكردية في سوريا حلا عادلا وديمقراطيا كقضية وطنية بامتياز ، واحترام ارادة الشعب الكردي في الثورة ضد نظام الأسد وتقرير مصيره وفق المواثيق والأعراف الدولية وذلك ضمن وحدة سوريا أرضا وشعبا . لقد ثار الكرد ضد النظام منذ الخمسينيات وزاد نضالهم شدة وضراوة ضد حكم البعث وعائلة الأسد ، وتعرض الكرد لأقصى أنواع الاضطهاد والتمييز العنصري من قبل النظام ، واليوم يريدون ضمانات مستقبلية لحقوقهم داخل سوريا ،ودمقرطتها على أسس دولة القانون والمؤسسات ، وذلك منعا من عودة الدكتاتورية واثقافة الظلم والأستبداد والتي تنتشر داخل أوساط الثورة وفق أسس طائفية ، وانتهاكات خطيرة بحق السوريين ، وتسيء للثورة ومبادئها في الحريات والعدالة ورفض ثقافة الظلم. فدرلة سوريا نظام حكم قانوني وسياسي عصري ومتطور وسيدفع بسوريا أن تكون من ضمن دول بحر الأبيض المتوسط دولة ديمقراطية حديثة ومتطورة . ساهم معنا في دمقرطة سوريا وفيدراليتها عبر البدء بمشروع الأقاليم الفدرالية الاتحادية داخل دولة سوريا الفيدرالية الاتحادية التعددية الديمقراطية .
