Tell the BBC: broadcast Gaza aid appeal

It's all over the news: ITV, Channel 4 and Five are showing the DEC’s charitable appeal for humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza but the BBC has so far refused to broadcast it -- let's press them to change their minds using the form below.

We support the BBC's impartiality, and recognise the conflicting pressure they are under. But as many public figures in the UK have said, giving food, shelter and medicine to civilian victims of conflict is not taking sides -- and the Red Cross, Save the Children and the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) have an exceptional record of helping such victims impartially.

The BBC is funded by us, the British public through the license fee. We’ve got the email addresses of BBC Director-General Mark Thompson and his colleagues, and the number objecting is being broadcast daily in the media, so take action now then spread the word: first enter your details in the form below, then personalise the standard message, or just click the "send" button (we’ll tell you what else you can do to help on the next page)
