The Brazilian Climate Plan is stuck because of disputes between ministers, with some strongly arguing against estabishing CO2 emissions targets. Let´s remind Lula that Brazilians care about climate change, and if he wants to be a world leader, he will need to make the right choices ahead of Copenhagen. Sign the petition below!

FAIR: for the poorest countries that did not cause climate change but are suffering most from it.
BINDING: with real targets that can be legally monitored and enforced.
