Ban "Gay Cures" in Britain

People cannot be cured of being gay. Therapy and courses that attempt to change someone’s sexuality can cause deep psychological problems and promote the impression that being gay is an illness, whilst there is no scientific evidence that they work. The Royal College of Psychiatrists in Britain has criticized their use, yet despite this a small but significant number of psychologists are willing to perform gay cures, and there are a rising number of religious organisations in Britain promoting the fake "cures".

It cannot be allowed to continue, we need to speak up about this and make it clear to our political leaders homosexuality is not a disease and fake cures should not be promoted. Please help by signing the petition and spreading this message.
