British secretary of state Owen Paterson

Marian Price is interned at the whim of the British secretary of state Owen Paterson who claims to have revoked a licence Marian was released from prison when close to death in 1980. This licence was overridden by the pardon Marian received six days after her release. The British authorities claim that this pardon is either lost or shredded. To date there has been no investigation to recover this crucial piece of evidence. Marian spent over one year in isolation and is still suffering as result of this torturous treatment.

Marian Price is currently being held in prison without conviction or criminal charge, with no date for release.
