Help Block The Moroccan Law 56-12: Killing Pit bulls and similar breeds

Morocco is looking to pass Law 56-12 to kill all dangerous dog breeds. Breeds such as Pit bulls will have to be killed within 4 weeks of this law being passed. Any found on the street will also be collected and killed instead of being brought to a refuge and taken care of.This petition is extremely important and can help save all these dogs that have no voice to defend themselves. The image of the Pit bulls the media has represented denotes danger, however multiple stories of Pit bulls saving women from rape and attacks are dismissed and brushed under the rug. These breeds are not the enemy, and can be raised properly to be the loving animals they are. It is the hands of humans that shape them into becoming dangerous animals. The solution isn't to eliminate them altogether, but to save them from harmful owners that raise them to become aggressive in order to utilize them for dog fights. Let us make this a lesson and a way to educate everyone that eliminating a problem without dissecting the origin of the problem will propagate ignorance and won't solve the problem in the long run. Let's be the voice of these beautiful dogs that have no capacity to defend themselves and express their love. We need as many signatures as possible in order to be able to fight to block this law and put us on equal grounds with the parliament-so to all animal lovers,animal owners and people with hearts, help us by signing and sharing this cause.
