HENRIQUE CAPRILES RADONSKY WON ELECTIONS ON APRIL 14 2013, BUT DUE TO THE POWER OF GOVERMENT WHO HAS THE SUPREME COURT, THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR ELECTIONS AND ALL THE SYSTEM OF JUSTICE IN VENEZUELA ON THEIR KNEES, IT HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE FREE ELECTIONS. MR CAPRILES WON ELECTION BY MORE THAN 1 MILLION VOTES BUT HAS NOT BEEN RECOGNIZED BY GOVERNMENT.
