There are about 32000 retired employees, retired from Life Insurance Corporation Of India, who are being deprived by the LICI the legitimate retirement benefits since 1995, even after its Board has given formal approval on 24.11.2001 by its Resolution No. 492 and first Rajasthan High Court on 12.1.2010 and than Hon'ble Supreme Court Of India has also directed to LICI to go with the implementation of Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench, Justice Bhandari Judgement. However Life Insurance Corporation Of India is adopting the dilly delaying practice. There were about 45000 thousand retired officers and employees, when their Association All India Retired Insurance Employees Federation started the legal battle and now they are only 32000 as about 13000 have died during this period. Through this petition V Sundaresan, Arun Kant Shukla, T.R.Verma, S. K. Beohar all from Raipur(CG), INDIA, appeal to LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA to honour court orders and uphold the sanctity its own Board's Resolution and do justice to their Retired Officers and the Employees, Who have served the Corporation for more than three decades and have made it strong and the No. 1 institution of the country.
