The monsoon rain is coming soon in the Philippines. All of the 32 Ati families in Boracay will be subjected to this harsh weather because the housing project of the Assisi Development Foundation was stopped by the RTC Branch 5 responding to the request of Mr. Ulysses Rudi Banico, one of the claimants of the land given to the Ati by the Philippines government through the National Commission on Indigenous People in 2011.
