Make My Council Investigate Family Matters.

This is important to me because it feels like i have suffered a miscarriage of justice and i want to make a stand to prevent similar happening to other innocent families and parent(s) Article 6 Right To A Fair Trial Article 8 Right To Family Life.
Update-I had not signed into a legal contract called a section 20 CA 1989. However, a lawful document called a 'Care Plan' had being advised by Counsel at Chambers where my Solicitor took me for a way forward. I was advised and have it in writing, i could request my child to be returned home to me either by word of mouth or by the use of a Care Plan. I tried both. Counsel helped my Solicitor to draft up the said lawful document. Copies were sent to the legal department (children's) of the Council, my Social Worker who's name was 'cc' in on the said document and i as far as the written evidence leads us to believe. I had wrote to this same department asking if they had on record i had requested my child home to be told no. I retrieved the Care Plan through requesting back my files from the Solicitor relating to my Case and i recently sent a copy back to the same person of the legal department. One of the things i had asked was why the Solicitor they had used from the department had fabricated evidence to me in writing saying how it was on record i had not asked for them back. The Care Plan had not been written by me, but by my Solicitor and it was a lawful document, whereby when i had requested my child home-they should have allowed it to happen by law. The recent response i received was to say that because of my other past complaints, they are not prepared to answer. If you google Worcestershire County Council UK's complaints procedure, you will read we are treated fairly and not penalised against in the future for making a complaint-yet i have been treated unfairly and penalised against. Worse still, a lawful document where i had parental rights to have my child returned home as requested have been denied. This could happen to anybody then you too could be treated unfairly by your Council being evasive. This is a serious criminal matter. Please sign and share my petition in the hope this does not happen to another family because it appears, if it's not heard in Court it's not in Court. This is a crime.




Update- there is now a 'like' page on Facebook called 'Kieron's Law' in the hope of getting potential miscarriages of justice addressed. It has recently came to my attention (and my natural child is 17 years old now) that it appears my Solicitor withheld vital documents from me and likewise the Legal & Democratic Department of the said Council who had it on file all along after all, that there was a care plan of mine sent to them by my Solicitor where it appears a few letters got sent between them to indicate I had changed my mind about having my son come home which of course was not true at that time. I am aiming to try and ensure that every door in the UK, Ireland, Scotland & Wales has information pushed through their doors to help ones know of information rights to try and help assure ones suffer a miscarriage of justice or potential, no more. Likewise, I want to see a reputable Government page up on the computer now with all parents/ natural parents/ grandparents/ children/natural children being made aware of it's existence.
