Sexual predators, teen suicide and cyber bullying can be drastically limited if appropriate measures are taken by YouTube.
ALL children deserve to be kept safe online.
Making all YouTube users registered adults using a credit card will make them accountable for their actions and the actions of anyone else, (including minors) that use their account on YouTube.
