Mike Baird, LNP Premier of NSW : Stop Local Land Services (LLS) Funding regime

The NSW Govt.'s Dept Primary Industries LLS discriminates against Landholders of hectarages of 10ha+ by imposing an unconstitutional excise on only those Landholders. The excise (financing of LLS), is based on a guess by an LLS Officer, of units of livestock which can be farmed sustainably for one year, Such LLS funding should come from NSW Consolidated Revenue as we ALL USE the production of NSW land including the fresh air I grow on my hectarage of 11ha. To single out a select group for this extortion is un-Australian.
