Clear my good name of bogus charges & save our 4th
This petition is to get my case heard & the right to show evidence & tell my side & prosecute the guilty parties involved in these illegal activities against me & my family. Our rights were violated & we have a right to justice!
I need help fighting a major wrong committed against myself & my family. I have been wrongfully accused of crimes & wrong doings that I did not do. I have not been allowed to speak or show evidence to anyone or in any court. Everything done against me over the last two years has been done illegally & in violation of my Constitutional rights in Alaska & U.S. Also Alaska & U.S. laws were violated by Troopers, DA's, & Judges. Including Extortion,Breaking & Enterings, Assaults, Criminal Trespasses, Thefts, False Arrests, False Imprisonment, Kidnapping, Torture, Attempted murders, Harrassments, Defamation of my good character & much more. I have all the evidence, eyewitnesses, court (bail hearings)& state trooper audios (even after they modified them), Trooper reports & they all prove me in the right. I need my record cleared of all these false charges in Alaska & be allowed to return to my peaceful life. I have not broken any laws or done one thing that was illegal. I have been harassed & convicted purely on my looks, my name, & hearsay evidence & denied to speak or show the truth.I do historical reenactments & movie shoots for a living & these have been used against me. They are saying I kill people for a living & other absurd lies. Reenactors of all time periods are the best people around.
Update, 6-5-13 I just received some papers from
Social Security (thru an attorney) that when I went in to report my change of
address at the state office for Medicaid (March 2010), the gal there was scared
of how I looked. I had told them I was going to start a business & build an
18th century movie set (fort & village) to shoot movies & have events
there. It would bring in money for the whole community there. I guess she went
into panic mode & reported me as a survivalist type & that I was
building a compound & was a potentially violent person because of my looks
& I was living so far out & not part of the “mainstream”. They called the cops & filed a report against me &
that is why they never did anything about all the things stolen from me or the
other many crimes committed against me. In a bail hearing it was asked, why get
a warrant & travel 150 miles on a misdemeanor (that I never did to start
with & can prove) when the law calls for a summons (see “arrest warrant”
info) unless there is special risk of some sort (there wasn't). The little
Trooper said (on record I have), it was because of rumors & talk going
around about me etc & that I did not like the Troopers (which I never said
till after this). ALL their evidence is hearsay & rumors. Not one time did
anyone try to verify their stories. They are a bunch of immature & mentally
ill people to say the least! They went to all this trouble to set me up just
because a mentally unstable case worker did not like how I looked & that I
preferred to live out of town & be self-sufficient. This is absolutely
crazy they did all this to me because of crazy people not liking my looks &
where I live? I have several pages of these comments from more than one person.
It was like a chain reaction of agencies & not one person tried to verify
any of it! They also used the media to tell many lies about me & about what happened on Aug 8th 2012. None of them ever asked me about my side & only told their lies to discredit my good name & condone the Troopers illegal behaviors. PLEASE sign & spread the word & save our rights!!
