Homeless people are dying on the streets of Toronto. With 36 reported homeless deaths this past year, we the undersigned are demanding that the City of Toronto act immediately to end this crisis.
The City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario have both cut funding to homeless prevention programs, shelters and housing. These cuts cost lives.
