Raymond J. Bergeron.

Wasting police time, making false allegations and causing an individual to lose her freedom is a Crime! We insist that this is fully addressed and that BERGERON has charges brought against him!

Who are the police accountable to? It is their broad remit to protect the establishment and the government. But there is also a responsibility to EVERY individual citizen. Whilst subversion may be defined as an act designed to undermine the government, the fact remains that the law must be seen to work for ALL CITIZENS. Daring to voice opposition to the establishment, or orthodox political opinion is not a reason for targeting , victimising and imprisoning an individual.

RAYMOND J. BERGERON has made a mockery of the law and attempted to bend it to his own will. We insist he is brought to account. This individual must not be seen to be above the law of the land. He blatantly lied - doubtless backed up by his family.

The foregoing must also acknowledge that they clearly have, in Raymond J. BERGERON, an individual who undermines the integrity of UF. There is a growing petition of almost 20,000 signatures. People agreeing to Boycott UF. Current events will only enhance the number of those signatures - to the detriment of UF.

Background:

UF Vivisector Raymond Joseph Bergeron filed a sworn complaint in Alachua County stating that Camille Marino “personally threatened to kill” him and his wife, Kathy, and “burn down” their house. Ms. Marino at no time contacted Bergeron, neither did she instruct anyone else to do so.

On Tuesday, June 19, 2012, Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) agents stormed the residence of Camille Marino seeking evidence to substantiate felony indictments under Florida State Statutes 817.568(4) and 817.568(5)(a): “Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information [of vivisectors].” Ten police vehicles, marked and unmarked, lined her street and over 20 uniformed officers swarmed her residence.

They seized all computers, laptops, cellphones, cameras, back up disks, thumb drives, CDs, DVDs, ipods, all chargers, and personal papers.
