Petition to minister of transport .......Mrs Dipuo Peters: exemption or a drastic reduction in all toll fees for motorcycles

the reason being it is internationally recognized that motor cycles cause little or no wear and tear on a road(and this is one of the points that are taken in consideration when determining toll fees) and there are many countries who charge minimal or no fees for motorcycles….Mozambique, DRC, Colombia, Zimbabwe to name a few, England does not charge motorcycles compulsory congestion fees of 11 pounds per day in London.
