International community by talking sense into tajik president

For the last 3 days the tajik military forces started heavy military action in the town of Khorog, the centre of Badakhshan, Tajikistan. The fighting is going on in the small town filled with civilians. All communication is cut off. Tajik Badakshanis outside badakhshan and the country don´t have any news of their loved ones. No information is available. People don´t know if they still have families and homes.
