Eating meat and dairy cause a substantial proportion of global greenhouse gas emissions. But the topic is scarcely on the agenda politically. The UN can set a great example for world leaders meeting in New York to discuss climate by giving them delicious vegan food to eat. Bring in the world's most exciting vegan chefs to cater for the UN's climate summits!
