The aim of this petition is to call the University of Windsor's negotiating team back to the bargaining table! It is essential that the team return with a spirit of collaboration, having been empowered to actually reach an agreement. Ongoing work stoppages ARE avoidable if the administration will agree to respect the collective bargaining process. Refusing to negotiate and imposing a contract on faculty DISRESPECTS the interests and needs of students. Bring it to an end.
