A simple question:
why do you think rape happens?
1) girls wear small dress
2) girls late night party
3) girls getting drunk
agar teeno me se koi bhi option kisike dimaag me aaye to uski kahin na kahin ek rapist jesi soch hai. ladkiyo pe restrictions lagane se kuch nii hoga kuch krna hai to logo ko apne soch ko change krne ki zaroorat hai.
government should establish a fast-track code like yaha kuch prove hua or vaha fatakse faasi uss guilty bande ko. "every 5 mins a girl is raped in the city, she may be in her 20s, or 70s or maybe she's just a few months old."
