World Scout Committee

While the WOSM is growing to a more centralized organisation, there is no Complaint Policy and Procedure to protect the rights of members of the National Scouting Organisations. World Scout Bureau staff can act against these members without a possibility to be hold them responsible or accountable for their actions.
