In just 5 days, the Ministerial Committee will vote on a bill that could save the Dead Sea from the terrible destruction that threatens its existence. This is our last chance to save this unique natural resource - and we need just one more minister's support to guarantee a win.

This comprehensive bill has massive cross-party support, but the Ministerial Committee has rejected it once, caving to pressure from the Finance Ministry and big industries. Now the Environmental Protection Minister has appealed, securing a second vote for Sunday -- and if we can swing just one more vote in favour, the bill will pass. Several of the ministers are still undecided, and our pressure now can tip the balance.
