We call on you to answer the call of Brazilians for bold climate and environmental leadership from our next president: make Brazil a global leader in the fight to stop catastrophic climate change, by driving international negotiations forward, and by supporting legislation that greens our economy with solar and wind power (bill 630/2003), and protects our strong forestry law and improves it with a commitment to zero deforestation. We call on you to make these commitments publicly in a debate before election day.
