6 Top Tips for Photographers and Videographers
Email photos, videos (or links to bigger files) to photos@avaaz.org as quickly as possible!

- Sound:
the film will thread together vigil speeches from around the world in many different languages -- so it is important to record the reading and sound quality is key!
- Send images, sound and video in IMMEDIATELY!
Please work out before hand somewhere close to the event where you can upload and send on images as soon as possible.
- How much footage / how many stills to send? Just your best!
The editing team will be filtering thousands of messages from all over the world so please only send a few photos (choose your 5-10 best if you can!), and for footage please don't send more than 3 minutes.
- Describe your event
. To be able to use your images of footage it is essential that you put the city or town and country where the event was held in the email subject line when you sent to photos@avaaz.org. Please then describe your event in the message -- a quick paragraph about the event will become the caption for the photo for international reporters and Avaaz members around the world to see.
