President of India: Mr. Pranab Mukherjee

The "Nirbhaya" rape case was supposed to be an eye-opener to the Indian Government. But day by day more rape cases are coming forth. The main reason being the government's inability to give out immediate justice. One way to stop this is to fast track the rape cases by giving them top preference and harshest punishment be dealt out to the rapists (AGE NO BAR!!).
