Papua New Guinea's Prime Minister, Hon. Peter O'Neill

The Papua New Guinea University of Technology (UNITECH) University Council twice endorsed Dr. Albert Schram's position as Vice-Chancellor in August and in December 2013. Dr. Schram has never been legally dismissed, because there were never any grounds for dismissal. His application for a work visa must therefore be approved, and he should be allowed to continue to do the job he started to do so successfully at UNITECH, as soon as possible. Please consider making an apology in his regard. We believe he is the best man to continue the positive transformation of the university, and make UNITECH fly.
