The life of 102 individuals may be at risk unless we take action. Malta may be forcibly removing 102 individuals away from its shores on the night of the 9th July 2013 after they sought entry into the island during the night between the 8th July and the 9th July 2013.

It is not known whether the 102 individuals have claimed asylum or protection, as is their right under international law. It is not known what will happen of the 102 individuals if they are sent away from Malta.

Press reports suggests that the individuals may be forcibly removed from Malta by midnight of the 9th July 2013.
