URGENT -- (Ahed’ trial) Avaaz' reaction : Ahed will not be broken by fear 

Fadi Quran, Avaaz Senior Campaigner in Palestine, said:

“Today Lt General Menahem Leiberman ruled that Ahed’s trial would be held behind closed doors, believing that by kicking the media and diplomats out the military would silence Ahed once and for all. But it’s too late, Ahed’s trial has put the spotlight on the suffering of hundreds of Palestinian children languishing in Israeli jail. Now over 1.7 million people have mobilized to end child detention once and for all.”
