Mrs. PARK Geun-Hye, President of South Korea
Dear Mrs. PARK Geun-Hye,
We deeply ask you to let execute our judgment in Korea immediately.
I have invested 100% of my private financial assets (1.2 Million Euros) and all my time to create and develop our Company DAILYTEC KOREA in your country to promote the Korean microfibers worldwide.
My Korean partner KIM Byung-Jin stole 100% of the Company (collections, customers, copyrights, investments...) in February 2006 by changing its name into Delko, ex. Dailytec Korea, and then, into CMA Global in 2009 to try to escape justice, leaving me fully ruined off and indebted, further to 30 years hard-working in exports.
After 8 years fighting for justice and despite all official legal documents have been duly remitted to the Korean Authorities on time, the judgment has not yet been applied in Korea and from various sources we understand that the Korean justice authorities are quite reluctant to proceed!!!
We ask you to oblige your government, mainly your Ministery of Justice, to finally apply our judgment in Korea by return and to pay for the legal penalty and all fees involved in all this.
Several foreign investors are becoming now somewhat afraid to settle down in South Korea, what is quite understandable.
More information is available in my book "Mon Cauchemar en Corée" (My Nightmare in Korea).
Copy for information to Mr. François Hollande, President of France and to Mrs. Christiane TAUBIRA, French Minister of Justice.
